The Kingdom of Buganda annually organizes the Kabaka Birthday Run, an event which precedes the Birthday celebrations of His Majesty Ssaabasajja Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II, hinged on a health cause.

The fight against HIV/AIDS remains a national priority. The Kabaka Birthday Run serves as a powerful platform to:
